With offices in both Maidstone and Tenterden, Whitehead Monckton has grown to be one of the largest legal practices in Kent.

Specialisation

We have three specialist teams who are involved in providing this unique service:

  • for the estate administration we only use qualified lawyers.  All of our lawyers associated with prob8 are members of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners (STEP), the largest and only worldwide professional body of lawyers who specialise in wills, probate and trusts and are regulated either by the Solicitors Regulation Authority or the Institute of Legal Executives;
  • we can provide the full range of conveyancing services required to administer the deceased’s land and property with our team of specialist conveyancing lawyers;
  • we have our own in-house investment management department of highly specialised financial planners and stockbrokers who can advise on and action any financial transactions quickly and cost-effectively.
