What service do you provide?
Prob8 has been designed to provide a complete online estate administration service. From obtaining a Grant of Probate or Letters of Administration to settling debts, paying inheritance tax and distributing assets, we take care of the details at what can be a difficult time. Prob8 is run by Whitehead Monckton, a leading law firm based in Kent.
Our prob8 service is available in two versions:
Fixed fee service
- Suitable for people administering an estate on their own
- Obtain a Grant of Probate without making an appointment at the Probate Registry
- Easy online application
- Monitor progress online
- Upgrade to our Premium service at any time
Fixed fee of £300 +vat per Grant
Premium service
- Suitable for people who want us to handle the complete estate administration
- Your own personal probate lawyer to see you through the entire process
- No forms to fill in
- Monitor your progress online
- 5% of fee donated to a charity of your choice
1.5% of the estate value, no hidden fees
Which one is right for me?
Both our standard and premium services provide the best possible value depending on your circumstances.
The standard application is suitable for straightforward probate applications where the will is likely to be uncontested. The premium service is designed for large estates and/or complex applications where the deceased’s assets and liabilities are held abroad or where there is the possibility of disputes arising over the will.
Standard applications can be upgraded to our Premium service at any time. Both the Standard and Premium services are fully backed up by the legal expertise of Whitehad Monckton.
